By using Best PG Stays you agree to these terms.

Listings

PG owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and availability. Best PG Stays may review, edit or remove listings that are inaccurate or break the law.

Bookings

Stays are agreed directly between the tenant and the PG owner. Best PG Stays is not a party to the rental agreement and does not collect rent on the owner’s behalf unless stated.

Owner accounts and plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown on the pricing page. Plan limits apply to the number of properties and beds. If a paid plan ends, the account continues on the free plan’s limits.

Acceptable use

Don’t post false information, misuse other people’s data or try to break the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
