Refund policy

Owner subscriptions

You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. Yearly plans cancelled within 7 days of payment get a full refund.

Tenant rent and deposits

Rent and security deposits are paid to the PG owner, not to Best PG Stays. Refunds of these follow the agreement between you and your PG.

How to request a refund

Email hello@bestpgstays.com with your registered mobile number. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 working days.
